Services Provided

CHT Chino Hills Tree Services provides professional tree care services including tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, land clearing, tree health maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub trimming.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on weather conditions, site accessibility, and local regulations.

Service Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if additional work is required or if site conditions differ from the initial assessment.

We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with the work. You have the right to decline additional services or modifications to the original scope of work.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide clear and safe access to the work area. This includes removing vehicles, outdoor furniture, and other obstacles that may interfere with our equipment or crew.

We take all necessary precautions to protect your property during service. However, you acknowledge that tree work involves inherent risks, and we are not liable for minor cosmetic damage to lawns or landscaping that may occur during normal operations.

You are responsible for marking or identifying any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hidden infrastructure before we begin work.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits required by your city or county for tree removal or trimming. We can provide guidance on local regulations, but the final responsibility rests with you as the property owner.

We will not proceed with work that violates local ordinances or regulations. Any delays or cancellations due to permit issues are not our responsibility.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unsafe weather conditions, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Warranty and Liability

We guarantee that all work will be performed in a professional manner using industry-standard practices. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of service completion.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

CHT Chino Hills Tree Services maintains appropriate insurance coverage for all operations. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue. Most concerns can be addressed through open communication.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the laws of the State of California and the jurisdiction of courts in San Bernardino County.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
